The ceremony saw the participation of former State President Truong Tan Sang, representatives of Long An province, and units under the Army Corps 16, along with teachers and students of My Quy Tay Secondary School.

The 315sq.m recently-completed building consists of two floors, six classrooms while the upgraded building consists of four classrooms and a toilet system. The total cost for the new and upgraded facilities is VND 8.1 billion, all contributed by officers, soldiers and defense workers of Army Corps 16.

This construction aims to create better learning conditions for students in the school to achieve more studying records.
