    PANO - On January 26, in Hanoi, the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that approximately 1,500 overseas Vietnamese and their relatives from various countries and territories will attend the “Homeland Spring” 2026 program.
