    PANO - On December 20, a delegation of the Central Military Commission (CMC) and the Ministry of National Defense (MND), led by Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang visited, presented gifts and paid tribute to former leaders of the Party, State and military on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 36th anniversary of the Whole-People’s Defense Festive Day (December 22).
