    Defense leader requests continued efforts of post-war UXO and toxic chemical remediation

    PANO - On April 15 in Hanoi, Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Truong Thang, Head of the Standing Organ of the National Steering Committee on Settlement of Post-war Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) and Toxic Chemical Consequences (Steering Committee 701), chaired a working session with the Office of the Standing Organ of Steering Committee 701 (Office 701) and relevant agencies and units.

    VND 300 million support given to landmine victims in Quang Tri
