Top leader’s China visit set to open up new phase in bilateral ties: Ambassador

The upcoming state visit to China by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam is expected to inject fresh momentum into bilateral relations and open up new avenues for cooperation, helping sustain stable, healthy and long-term ties for the benefit of both nations as well as regional peace and development, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh.
