    Conduct at sea must comply with international law: Ambassador

    The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) 1982 is a comprehensive legal framework governing all activities at sea, and all policies, regulations, and conduct of countries at sea must comply with international law, particularly the U.N. Charter and UNCLOS, Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the U.N., has emphasized.
