    PANO - The Border Post of Sam Pun Border Post of the Border Guard Command of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command coordinated with Funing Border Management Company under Tianpeng Sub-station of Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, to organize a bilingual Vietnamese - Chinese legal awareness program for residents living along both sides of the border on April 28.
