    Survey conducted for 10th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange

    PANO – On March 2, Sr. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Truong Thang, Deputy Minister of National Defense, led a Ministry of National Defense delegation to conduct field surveys of key venues in Quang Ninh province in preparation for the 10th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange, scheduled to take place later this month.
