    PANO - Le Duc Thai, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa provincial Party Committee, and Head of the delegation of the province’s National Assembly deputies, received and worked with Major General Onkham Si Venvong Sack, Commander of the Lao Border Guard, and a delegation from the Lao Border Guard Command during their visit to Thanh Hoa province on September 30.
