    Tet gifts presented to troops and civilians in Truong Sa Special Administrative Region

    PANO – On January 16, Ship 638 of Flotilla 129 (the Naval Service) with a working delegation onboard departed on a mission to visit, present gifts of Tet (Lunar New Year) 2026, and extend greetings to officers, soldiers, and civilians who are performing duties and living on islands hosting naval anchorages managed by the flotilla in the Truong Sa (Spratly) Special Zone.

    Joy in newly rebuilt houses

    PANO – Following the historic floods that struck the central coastal region of Vietnam in November 2025, many houses of local residents were severely damaged or completely destroyed. In response, under the framework of “Quang Trung Campaign,” military units joined hands to help build new houses for flood-affected families, with the hope that the affected people could soon settle down and stabilize their lives.
