    PANO - In the very first days of 2026, troops from Regiment 974 under the Khanh Hoa provincial Military Command are navigating treacherous rivers and steep terrain, racing against time to rebuild local people’s houses destroyed by historic floods of November 2025.

    Military completes construction of 100 new houses for flood victims in Gia Lai

    Military Region 5, in coordination with the Gia Lai People’s Committee, held a ceremony in the Central province’s Tuy Phuoc Dong commune on January 10 to hand over 57 newly built houses, officially completing the construction of 100 new houses for local residents affected by recent storms and floods under the Prime Minister-initiated Quang Trung Campaign.
