    High-level diplomacy expands cooperation space, mobilizes new resources for development

    In the first days of September, Viet Nam's high-level diplomatic activities took place intensively on several fronts. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam paid a state visit to Russia, made an official visit to France and attended the International Space Summit in Paris, while President of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man paid official visits to the Republic of Korea (RoK) and Mongolia.
