    PANO - As someone who has conducted some research on the history of Vietnamese journalism, I would like to write a short article introducing the 33 issues of the People’s Army Newspaper (PAN) published on Dien Bien Phu battlefield. I was truly moved when I first had the opportunity to read all 33 of these special issues.
