Blood donation drive held at military unit
PANO – The Military School of Army Corps 1, in cooperation with Military Central Hospital 108, held a blood donation drive on October 10 in Ninh Binh province.

This was a practical activity of the school’s youths in celebration of the 44
th founding anniversary of Army Corps 1 (October 24, 1973).
In the past, the military school has conducted a blood donation campaign and ensured benefits for blood donors.
Addressing the event, Senior Colonel Le Quang Ngoc, the unit’s political commissar, acknowledged and hailed all achievements of participating groups and individuals, contributing to doing good deeds for the society. He also urged them to continue promoting good traditions of the school, actively participating in blood donation drives to collect more blood units.
At the event, the military school closely worked with the hospital to carry out the drive, attracting the participation of 420 youth union members and collecting 379 blood units for Central Military Hospital 108.
