PANO - While the whole country joyfully celebrate the National Day holiday, over 500 officers and soldiers of Division 3 under Military Region 1 are working tirelessly with a high sense of responsibility on construction sites in the border areas of Cao Bang province.

In the six communes of Duc Long, Phuc Hoa, Tra Linh, Quang Han, Tong Cot, and Lung Nam, inter-level ethnic minority boarding schools are gradually taking shape as spacious and modern facilities, ready to welcome students for the new academic year.

Foregoing full holidays and personal gatherings, the soldiers have chosen construction sites as the place to celebrate the National Day. Amidst the sun and wind of the borderland, their hands remain nimble at work. Every brick laid, every tree planted, and every courtyard completed brings the schools one step closer to completion. This ensures that thousands of students can start the new school year in spacious, clean, and tree-shaded classrooms.

Beyond the sheer labor of troops, these projects embody the affection and responsibility toward local people. They represent solidarity with communities in the country’s border areas, offering practical contributions so that children have better learning conditions to nurture their dreams and build a future right in their hometowns.
