PANO - The recent flood has caused severe damage to highland communes in the Western region of Nghe An province. To date, local authorities and the armed forces are actively conducting many measures to surmount the flood’s aftermath. Among them, the province’s border guards have been making all-out efforts to help people in border areas overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
