Military-civilian solidarity shines in times of hardship

PANO - At the end of October and beginning of November, the coastal area of Duy Nghia, Hoi An (Da Nang City), was still recovering from recent severe storms and floods. Sections of the An Luong sea dyke had eroded, and houses along the Truong Giang River, flowing through Nhon Boi and An Lac villages, remained at risk of flooding. Amidst this, troops of Division 315 under Military Region 5 were visible everywhere, leading efforts to assist the local community.
