    PANO - On April 15, a delegation from the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security led by Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Head of the Steering Committee for the People’s Public Security force’s participation in United Nations (U.N.) peacekeeping operations, arrived in Bangui, starting a working visit to the U.N. Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).
