    Four Vietnamese officers to be deployed to U.N. peacekeeping missions

    PANO - The Ministry of National Defense (MND) held a ceremony on December 31 in Hanoi to present decisions of the State President to four officers of the Vietnam People’s Army assigned to undertake duties at United Nations (U.N.) peacekeeping missions.
