* According to a report delivered at the congress organized by Depot 671 of the Petroleum Department under the General Department of Logistics, over the past five years, the unit’s Party committee and chain-of-command have closely directed and strictly implemented the “Determined to win” emulation movement and commendation work, obtaining practical outcomes.

Officers, soldiers, and employees have actively participated in emulation movements to raise the quality of receiving, preserving, and allocating petroleum and vehicles to military units, completely fulfilling the assigned missions, and ensuring absolute safety.
During the 2019-2024 period, 10 collectives received the title “Determined to win” unit and 99 individuals were honored with the title “Emulation Warrior.” On the occasion, the depot also awarded four typical collectives and 12 typical individuals for their achievements in the “Determined to win” emulation movement in the 2019-2024 period.
* For the past five years, the Coffee 15 One Member Limited Liability Company under Military Region 5 has effectively carried out the “Determined to win” emulation movement, contributing to building a strong unit in terms of politics, ideology, organization, and staff; building a contingent of officers and employees with a firm political stance, high determination, and willingness to receive and complete any tasks. Meanwhile, the company has actively applied technology and science to production and business activities.

Honoring outstanding individuals |
At the congress, the company presented certificates of merit to seven collectives and 23 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement in the 2019-2024 period.
* Over the past time, thanks to effective implementation of contents and targets of the “Determined to win” emulation movement, the Northern Vietnam Helicopter Company of Corps 18 under the Ministry of National Defense has successfully accomplished military and defense tasks; strictly maintained combat readiness status, search and rescue operations, and military transport; well organized exercises; and conducted specialized flights to serve the leaders of the Party, the State, the Ministry of Defense with absolute safety.
On this occasion, the unit honored 23 collectives and 78 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the “Determined to win” emulation movement.
