Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Quang Dao sees off L2FH Rotation 8 personnel on mission to South Sudan
PANO - On the morning of September 23, a C-17 military transport aircraft of the Royal Australian Air Force arrived in Ha Noi to transport personnel of Viet Nam’s Level-2 Field Hospital (L2FH) Rotation 8 to South Sudan to carry out their United Nations peacekeeping duties.
