At the closing ceremony, the GDP’s leader presented certificates of merit to 23 collectives in the young orator category, as well as to two collectives and six individuals for their outstanding achievements in organizing the contest.
For the Youth Union cadre category, the organizing panel granted six first prizes, 10 second prizes, and 11 third prizes, as well as certificates of commendation to two contestants receiving consolation prizes.
In addition, the head of the organizing panel presented certificates of commendation to young orators and Youth Union cadres who achieved “outstanding” and “good” results.

According to the organizing panel, the contest received decisive and effective leadership and direction from Party committees, chains-of-command, and political agencies at all levels. It was held in a methodical, strict, and high-quality manner, spanning from the grassroots level to agencies and units directly under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense.
A notable feature of this year’s contest was the contestants’ proactive and creative approach, particularly their effective application of information technology and digital transformation in their performances. The contest also highlighted effective practices and new models, contributing to improving the quality of Youth Union cadres and promoting the core role of Youth Union organizations in building comprehensively strong, “exemplary and typical” units.

In the knowledge competition, Youth Union cadres demonstrated solid knowledge and sharp thinking. Many contestants skillfully applied theory to practice, translating guidelines and resolutions into accessible, relatable, and easy-to-understand messages for youths.
In the skills and talent competition, contestants demonstrated their abilities in organization, presentation, situation handling, and mastering equipment. Their confident and flexible performances highlighted their role as grassroots-level Youth Union cadres.
In the young orator category, the scripts were carefully prepared, with substantial content closely linked to current issues and the specific tasks of each unit. Many orators demonstrated an engaging presentation style and good stage presence, creating strong appeal and impact. The participation of twinned units also enriched the forms of presentation and created a lively emulation atmosphere.
