At the session, the CMC Inspection Committee reviewed and made recommendations on disciplinary measures against officers and Party members who had violated State laws and military discipline.
The delegates agreed that the violations and shortcomings of these individuals were serious and had negatively affected the prestige of their units. The committee conducted voting and unanimously proposed that the Standing Board of the CMC and the Ministry of National Defense strictly handle the violations in accordance with principles, procedures, and regulations.

Concluding the session, General Nguyen Trong Nghia analyzed the severity of each violation based on Party and military regulations. He affirmed that the proposed disciplinary measures ensured strictness, appropriateness, humanity, and compliance with Party procedures.

The general requested the Standing Board of the CMC Inspection Committee to urgently complete relevant documents for submission to the Standing Board of the CMC.
To meet the requirements of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern military, General Nguyen Trong Nghia asked inspection officers to enhance their sense of responsibility, actively conduct research, and closely grasp the situation.
