* Artillery Brigade 75 (Military Region 7) conducted its emulation congress the same day, showcasing 30 technical innovations and exemplary models in training and military discipline observance. The brigade has regularly received commendations for its outstanding performance and set plans to further enhance training quality and combined strength.

* Brigade 25 (Military Region 7) also held its emulation congress, emphasizing the comprehensive and innovative implementation of the "Determined to win" emulation movement. * Regiment 692 (Division 301, the Hanoi Capital Military Command) organized its emulation congress, highlighting the  significant contribution of the emulation and commendation activities to improving overall combat capabilities. * Regiment 165 (Division 312, Army Corps 12) convened its emulation congress, acknowledging the crucial role of the "Determined to win" emulation movement in driving the unit's exceptional performance over the past five years.
