The center has invested considerably in a lot of modern medical equipment, such as linear accelerators (LINAC), MultiSource high dose rate brachytherapy treatment units, positron emission tomography (PET) and x-ray computed tomography (CT) scanners, GE Millennium MG systems, and Radioactive Iodine I-131 systems.

Delivering his speech, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Don valued highly the efforts and task performances of the center’s staff in recent times, adding that the center symbolizes the care of the Government and the Ministry of National Defense in treating cancer patients in Ho Chi Minh City and other localities in the South.
