At the working session, the two sides discussed some items of cooperation, including transferring new medical technology, providing professional and Japanese language training courses for health workers, exchanging experts and trainees between the two sides, co-founding a Japanese nursing university in Ho Chi Minh City, building a clinic for Japanese citizens who are working and studying in Vietnam, as well as granting scholarships to doctors and staff of Military Hospital 175. 

With the economic potential and professional experience, the International University of Health and Welfare of Japan committed to creating the best favorable conditions to support Military Hospital 175 in implementing collaborative programs, developing high-quality human resources for the health sector and enhancing hospital management and health care.
