The program saw the participation of nearly 3,000 officers, soldiers, Youth Union members, and Women’s Union members from 27 agencies and units within MR7’s armed forces and twinning units in the locality.
Speaking at the event, Major General Tran Chi Tam, Deputy Political Commissar of MR7, underlined that the program was held at a moment of special significance, as the whole Party, people and armed forces are celebrating the success of the 14th National Party Congress, as well as the elections for the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The program was divided into three chapters, all of which highlighted themes praising the Party, beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the country’s heroic revolutionary traditions, the beauty of soldiers, and the aspiration to build a prosperous and happy country in the new era.
