On this occasion, Gen. Nghia and other leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, delegates and National Assembly deputies of Tay Ninh province visited and presented gifts to local policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged residents on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - 2025).

Speaking at the gift-presentation event, Gen. Nghia inquired after local residents and expressed profound gratitude to policy beneficiary families, troops, and civilians for their sacrifice and contributions to the cause of national liberation, construction, and defense. He affirmed that the military always stands side by side with the people. Alongside performing their defense tasks, they have actively engaged in  social welfare programs, given support in poverty reduction, and taken care of policy beneficiary families, practically improving locals’ livelihoods and strengthening military-civilian bond, as well as consolidating the great national unity bloc.

The general urged local Party committee, authorities, units, and sectors to continue innovating working methods, strengthening ties with people, addressing people’s concerns in a timely manner, and taking better care of policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged people. He also hoped that all organizations and individuals would continue promoting their wisdom, internal strength, and spirit of dedication to help develop Tay Ninh into a more prosperous and strong province.
