Addressing the event, Gen. Minh congratulated the discharged soldiers on the fulfillment of the military service. He applauded their spirit of solidarity, responsibility, utmost efforts during task performance at agencies and units.

The GDP deputy chief expressed his hope that returning home, the discharged soldiers will continue to promote high sense of responsibility, solidarity, good virtues and stance of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, and make more contribution to their localities and the country. He also asked them to actively fight against hostile forces’ plots of sabotage, lead by example and be the core force in local movements.

Reportedly, during their implementation of military service, almost all recruits showed good morality, high sense of responsibility, and were always ready to undertake and complete all assignments.

During the service, seven soldiers were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam, three were honored with the title “Emulation Warrior” and 45 others awarded the title “Good Soldier.” Additionally, 23 recruits were commended for their good performance in Youth Union activities and youth movements.
