The elderly, children, individuals who have lost their ability to work, visitors who got stranded in the city due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and mostly residents in the Southwestern provinces and cities, were among those who received free assistance to return to their hometowns this time.
Before coming home, the people had their samples taken for COVID-19 testing and received gifts from local leaders.
