Free health check-ups and medicines given to needy people in border areas
PANO - Corps 15 held a program on December 19 to provide free health check-ups and medicines, as well as presented gifts to needy people in border areas of Ia O commune, Ia Grai district, Gia Lai province.
During the program, doctors and nurses of Military Hospital 15 gave free medical examination and medicines to 400 people, who are policy beneficiaries, national contributors, and needy people in Ia O commune. In addition, the corps also presented 20 gifts to policy families and ethnic people with difficult conditions.

Speaking at the program, Senior Colonel Luu Van Doan, Deputy Director of the Political Department of Corps 15, said that in 2023, medical facilities of Corps 15 provided medical examination and treatment for nearly 105,000 people; offer free health check-ups and medicines for nearly 6,000 people; and mobilized troops and laborers to donate blood, collecting more than 1,300 blood units.
Moreover, the corps also encouraged local people to overcome difficulties and develop household economy, contributing to reducing poverty and building an increasingly developed locality.
