The commune- and ward-level preliminary rounds combine virtual and in-person formats, with students answering multiple-choice questions via the contest’s software. The organizing panel will select the top 100 students from each cluster to enter the in-person round, serving as a basis to select candidates for the provincial-, regional-, and national-level finals.
