During the program, the officers and soldiers guided local women union members in using digital services and digital utilities on smartphones, helping members become familiar with digital operations and gradually apply technology to daily activities and work.

This is a practical initiative in implementing the model "digital chapter - digital family" linked with "digital citizen," responding to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10. With the support of officers and soldiers, women union members gained increased access to digital utilities, enhanced their skills, and pro-actively engaged in local digital transformation.

The program also featured additional activities, including a job fair themed "connecting jobs, creating the future," exchanging plastic waste for essential supplies, and the model "piggy bank - savings and sharing among members." These efforts supported women in developing family economies, practicing thriftiness, protecting the environment, and contributing to strengthening military-civilian solidarity in coastal border areas.
