Delegates at the event

The GDP’s Chief requested the agencies and units to carefully review the conference’s contents and make thorough preparations to ensure its success. He asked the organizing panel to carefully review reports; consult experts and scholars; well prepare the opening speech, introductory report, general summary, and closing remarks. A view of the conference

The GPD’s Chief assigned deputy chiefs to directly receiving delegates, checking the decorations in the conference hall, and directing the dissemination of the event.

Gen. Quyet noted that, with limited time remaining, agencies and units need to be more pro-active in the preparation for the conference. They should accelerate the dissemination before, during, and after the conference and foster coordination in reviewing and supplementing contents to ensure the success of the event, thus leaving a deep impression on officers, soldiers, and the public.
