Viettel says, the telecoms, with its experience in installing 4G networks in six foreign countries, prepared carefully for the launch of the 4G network in Vietnam. Before its official 4G launch in Vietnam, Viettel had posted a number of video clips on its official website and social networking websites, and opened other information channels to support clients in connecting to its 4G network and using its 4G services.

Particularly, Viettel took the lead in operating a directory assistance platform with free video calls to support its 4G subscribers.

To make a video call to Viettel’s directory inquiries, its 4G subscribers should use computers or mobile devices with a camera and microphone to visit the website http://vietteltelecom.vn.

With the new assistance platform, Viettel can more effectively provide supports to its clients in a friendlier manner.
