Ha Vinh village has 527 households with a population of 1,590 people. Over the past time, implementing the “Whole People unite to build new-style rural and civilized urban areas” movement, people from Ha Vinh village have joined hands in efforts to promote economic development and obtained many positive results. The quality of the material and spiritual life of local people has been continuously improved and the close-knit ties and solidarity among people have been consolidated.

In his remarks, the GDP chief underlined that the Party determines that great national unity is a source of strength and a decisive factor that ensures the sustainable success of the revolutionary cause in Vietnam. He also expressed his delight at the strong growth of Hai Duong province, with a growth rate ranking 11th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, and 4th out of 11 localities in the Red River Delta region.
Gen. Quyet took the occasion to review the outstanding achievements of the nation and the military over the past time. He underscored that the Vietnam People's Army has outstandingly fulfilled its functions of combat, work, and production.

Since the beginning of this year, the military has mobilized more than VND 1,950 billion for policy work; built more than 15,000 gratitude and great solidarity houses; taken care of 678 heroic Vietnamese mothers; donated VND 400 billion in response to the program on the removal of temporary, dilapidated houses launched by the Government.
Attentively, in the face of natural disasters, troops have been at the forefront and ready to sacrifice themselves to protect the lives and property of people and the State, helping people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives. In September alone, the military mobilized nearly 458,000 troops and more than 10,000 vehicles to support people in preventing, controlling, and surmounting the aftermaths of storm No. 3 and post-storm circulation.
Gen. Quyet required the party committee, local authority, agencies, departments, branches, and organizations at all levels of Hai Duong province to pay more attention to listening to opinions and solving all legitimate needs of people while well implementing patriotic emulation movements; honoring exemplary individuals and collectives, and have various forms of organization to make the Great National Unity Festival becomes an event of solidarity.
Also at the event, Gen. Quyet and leaders of Military Region 3, Hai Duong province and Dong Bac Corporation, presented 107 gifts to policy families and poor families in Ha Vinh village.
