PANO - Typhoon Yagi, the third of this kind hitting Vietnam this year, caused remarkable damages to localities. From the evening of September 7 to early morning of September 8, military units promptly sent troops to the typhoon-hit and dangerous areas to support local authorities and people to overcome the severe consequences of the typhoon.

The images of timely assistance from military officers and soldiers have left deep impression on locals, shining the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers and tightening the relationship between troops and people.
