The delegation offered incense at the temple in dedication to Uncle Ho at the relic site dedicated to Dong Khe Victory; visited Duc Long Border Station under the Cao Bang provincial Border Guard Command; and installed physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment, a water filtration system, and a computer classroom for people in Thach An district. These are dual-use products resulting from scientific research projects conducted by officers from the Military Science and Technology Institute and implemented in units stationed in border areas and on islands over the past years.

Meanwhile, the GS provided financial support for the construction of three houses and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries in Thach An district. These were part of activities in celebration of the 80th foundation anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 35th anniversary of the Whole-people’s Defense Festive Day.
