Knowing that the locality facing traffic difficulty, shortage of facilities, especially for health care, Company 715 has regularly coordinated with local authorities to carry out more health care activities, and visit local national contributors and ethnic people.

According to Senior Colonel Nguyen The Bich, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of Company 715, the unit has regularly organized such event in realizing the Central Military Commission’s Standing Board’s Direction No.572 on “the military conducting ethnic work in the new situation in the 2012-2022 period” and the Army Corps 15 Command’s directive.

“Free health check-ups and free medicines for cadres, employees, people and ethnic people in the stationed area has become an annual and regular activity of Company 715. This humane activity has been launched by many generations of the company’s party committee and board of directors," said Colonel Bich.

It was easy to recognize that the program was attractive to local border people and ethnic minority people. In early morning, many local people waited for their turns to have their health checked and receive medicines.

Prestigious village patriarch Hning in Ia Krai commune shared that he and other villagers reminded each other to go early. They were happy to receive health examination and consultation to prevent diseases.

Wounded soldier Ro Cham Ten in Mit Je village, Ia O commune and his comrades are familiar faces of the meaningful program held by Company 715.

“Whenever the old wound recurs and hurts, I always go to Company 715's military-civilian infirmary. Every time the mission comes, it is a good opportunity for me to check the old wound and receive timely treatment. Sometimes my pain got worse, the infirmary sent staff to visit me at home. That is a great source of encouragement for wounded soldiers like me,” veteran Ten said.

For the company’s workers like Do Thi Tham from Team 8, such activity was really significant for them to feel at ease to continue their work and devote to the unit.

Colonel Bich said that the company’s leaders always consider workers the company’s biggest asset. Therefore, taking care of their health is always one of the unit’s priorities.

Regarding upcoming activities of the company, Colonel Bich informed that based on the working reality and big events of the country in the year, the company will organize different activities to improve quality and efficiency of the twinning, household-connection activities, build strong grassroots political system, develop economy, reduce poverty and eliminate hunger, build new-style rural areas, and perform social security work. The company will also speed up emulation movements, such as “Good mass mobilization,” and build “Good mass mobilization unit,” among others.

“Such small activities have helped local people and authorities develop socio-economy, uphold order and security, promote solidarity between troops and ethnic people in border areas,” said Colonel Bich.
