During hard times, the unity and compassion among the Vietnamese shine even brighter, and the solidarity between troops and people is further strengthened. Through the event, the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers - Coast Guard soldiers in general, and the Coast Guard servicewomen in particular, continues to shine in the hearts and minds of the Vietnamese people.
