It is in response to the government’s project “Promoting the role of the military in law education and dissemination, and mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level for the 2021-2027 period.”
Accordingly, Brigade 971 has utilized its internal radio system to broadcast legal education for troops twice every weekday (6:00a.m. - 6:20a.m. and 5:00p.m. - 5:20p.m.).

In addition, the unit has closely coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to deploy four mobile teams to various areas to disseminate laws every week. Decorating their vehicles with banners, posters, and slogans, the teams deliver dissemination contents directly by playing recordings through loudspeakers or handing over leaflets to residents.
Reportedly, the mobile teams have strictly observed regulations regarding mass mobilization, achieved promising results, and garnered positive responses from locals.
