A notable innovation of this year’s contest was the integration of digital transformation, featuring five software applications for management, grading, and result compilation. Contestants also effectively leveraged information technology and artificial intelligence in designing their lectures.

Units must innovate dissemination methods in the digital age, improve orators’ skills in handling ideological situations, and promptly reward effective models. Contestants selected for the whole-military final round were encouraged to refine their content and presentation styles to achieve top results and strive for selection in the 2026 national excellent orators contest.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing panel awarded certificates of merit to three first-prize, seven second-prize, and 16 third-prize winners. Consolation prizes were given to 28 contestants, while all 80 participants received the “Whole-military excellent orator” certification.
