Practical model for supporting servicemen's disadvantaged children
PANO - Despite its recent implementation, the model "Raising funds, helping comrades' children" by the Trade Union and Women's Association of the Department of Military Science under the Military Political Academy has attracted the active participation from many officers and staff.
The activity aims to share difficulties and assist the servicemen’ children facing serious illnesses, concurrently upholding the compassionate tradition and noble virtues of Uncle Ho's soldiers.
Under this initiative, each trade union member and women's association member of the Department of Military Science voluntarily saves at least VND 1,000 each day. The accumulated monthly funds will be donated to children suffering from serious illnesses, specifically those of servicemen currently serving at the Military Political Academy. This is a profoundly humanitarian activity that has received positive support from many departments and agencies within the academy.
