Troops and youths of Phu Loc Border Post, Da Nang city’s Border Guard Command, and Thanh Khe Dong ward’s public security force hand over free meals to patients.

Captain Nguyen Xuan Tien from Phu Loc Border Post’s Youth Union Organization noted that understanding difficulties of the patients, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, since 2022, the troops and public security force have worked to offer free meals to them.

Accordingly, thanks to the support from the two units’ chains-of-command, they have deployed the practical model since 2022. The model’s funding is mobilized from sponsors and from Youth Union members of two units. Every two weeks, they distribute from 150 to 200 free meals and drinks to patients and their families. The patients were thankful for the nutritious meals.

According to Political Commissar of Phu Loc Border Post Major Dinh Ngoc Minh Son, after nearly two years, the model has brought practical effects, contributing to sharing difficulties with needy people, thereby leaving good impressions on the people’s heart.
