They have also effectively utilized software for organizing exams, managing academic records, and utilizing the Defense Ministry’s software for enrollment and admissions. The digitization of admission profiles, curricula, and teaching materials has been actively promoted. In addition, 100% of the instructors have been trained to use smart devices, artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual assistants in their teaching preparation and practice. As a result, the quantity and quality of scientific research projects, technical initiatives, and international publications have seen significant growth. The rate of digitally-signed electronic documents by organizations reached over 99%, while the individual rate was 90% or higher.
Concluding the working session, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Hien requested the two schools to continue strictly and effectively implementing directives on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, and education. He urged them to promote responsibilities of the heads and develop a road-map to shift all school activities to a digital environment. Solutions must be implemented to ensure that 100% of the instructors and administrators meet digital competency standards and are fully capable of applying AI and virtual assistants in teaching and management.
