Addressing the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong agreed with report of the military region’s Steering Committee 515 and highly appreciated the delegates’ opinions, which clearly clarified the results and pointed out shortcomings in directing and organizing the search, collection, and identification of martyrs' remains.
