Two troubled rafts saved at sea

Earlier, at 6:20 on June 13, the Nghe An border force received information from their Thanh Hoa peers about the two distressed rafts run by Le Duc Giang (born in 1985) and Le Duc Duong (born in 1987) from Hai Hoa commune, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province.

Two troubled rafts saved at sea

Immediately, the Nghe An provincial Command directed relevant forces, in coordination with local authorities and fishermen at sea, to locate the two rafts.

Then, the command sent Ship CN 09 with 15 troops on board, together with Ship BP 05.12.01 of Flotilla 2 and the Thanh Hoa Border Guard Command, to save the two rafts.
