Implementing the directive of the Minister of National Defense on organizing the joint civil defense exercise among the militaries of the three countries, specialized agencies and departments under the GDLT have urgently issued guidance documents and developed logistics and technical support plans for participating units. The Department of Military Medicine has cooperated with functional agencies to draft exercise documents, proactively prepare forces and equipment, and advise on training plans for military medical personnel during the exercise.

At the conference, delegates from specialized agencies and departments reported on preparation results and proposed key areas requiring guidance and direction regarding logistics and technical support for units involved in the exercise.
Delivering concluding remarks at the conference, Maj. Gen. Huynh Tan Hung requested the Staff Department, specialized departments, and hospitals to continue studying and thoroughly understanding the directive of the Minister, formulate detailed plans, and firmly grasp assigned timelines and tasks.
The general instructed the Department of Military Medicine to pro-actively coordinate with relevant agencies to refine the system of exercise documents and plans, guide subordinate agencies and units to organize practice, joint rehearsals, preliminary reviews, final rehearsals, and the official exercise according to schedule, and ensure full provision of medical vehicles, equipment, and supplies for the Lao People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces as planned.

He also tasked the Department of Vehicles and Machinery with pro-actively coordinating and guiding agencies and units to ensure the technical readiness of vehicles, machinery, and equipment participating in training and the exercise, while organizing safe transportation of personnel and equipment.
