Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Tuan presents the decision to the family of Tu.

After obtaining approval for assistance, Joint Stock Company 28.1 coordinated with the Trade Union chapter, local Party committees, local authorities, and the family of Tran Thi Tu to conduct a field survey, assess the family’s needs, agree on construction plans, and implement relevant tasks.

The house, located in Xuan Thoi Son commune, Ho Chi Minh City, was built on an area of 61 sq.m. with total funding exceeding VND 900 million, including VND 80 million VND in support from the housing support program for Trade Union members.

The construction and handover of the house after nine months of construction demonstrated the care and support provided by Trade Union organizations and leaders at all levels for Trade Union members and needy workers.

Addressing the ceremony, Sr. Col. Nguyen Van Tuan congratulated the family on receiving a new home, expressing his hope that it would help them stabilize their lives, focus on their work, and build a happier family.

He also requested Party committees, leadership, and chains-of-command of Corporation 28, Joint Stock Company 28.1, and Trade Union organizations to pay further attention to the living conditions of officers, Trade Union members, and workers; regularly understand their circumstances, concerns, and aspirations; and promptly propose and implement appropriate support measures.

On this occasion, the units presented a number of practical gifts to the family.
