The inauguration and handover of welfare facilities and livelihood models reflected the deep concern of the Party Committees and Chains-of-Command of Corps 15 in general and of Defense-Economic Unit 79 in particular. These would help improve locals’ living standards, positively transforming the hamlets, and strengthening the close bond between the military and people, contributing to the locality’s completion of national target program criteria on sustainable poverty reduction and new-style rural area building.
