In Hanoi, at exactly 9 p.m., fireworks illuminated the capital’s night sky. At launch sites in front of the Hanoimoi newspaper headquarters, Hanoi Post Office, Thong Nhat Park, the My Dinh National Sports Complex, and Lac Long Quan Flower Garden in Tay Ho ward, residents arrived early to secure good viewing spots. The dazzling displays drew crowds’ eyes toward the sky.

In Ho Chi Minh City, fireworks were simultaneously launched from seven sites at 9 p.m. The 15-minute display featured successive bursts of color across the sky, attracting large crowds of residents and visitors and adding to the festive atmosphere of the National Day holiday.

Three sites, including the Saigon River Tunnel in An Khanh ward, the Binh Duong New City Center in Binh Duong ward, and Tam Thang Tower Square in Vung Tau ward, featured a combination of high- and low-altitude fireworks.

Four low-altitude fireworks sites were set up at Ba Ria Square Park in Ba Ria ward, Dam Sen Cultural Park in Binh Thoi ward, Saigon Marina IFC Tower in Saigon ward, and the Kim Long villa area at Rach Dia Bridge in Nha Be commune.

In the central area of Ho Chi Minh City, large crowds gathered hours before the display along roads beside the Saigon River, Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, and surrounding areas to find favorable viewing spots. Many families brought their children, while young people carried national flags and took commemorative photos, creating a lively atmosphere.

Below are photos of the fireworks display in different locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
