At present, the academy has one professor, 60 associate professors, 121 lecturers holding PhD degrees, 222 master’s degree holders, two People’s Teachers and eight meritorious teachers. On the occasion, the academy’s leadership presented academy-level title of good instructors to 34 people.
General Ngo Xuan Lich, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Defense Minister sent flowers to congratulate the academy’s instructors on their day.
* At the Army Officer Training School No.1 (also known as Tran Quoc Tuan University), participants spoke highly of the restless efforts of generations of leaders, instructors and education management staff over the past years. They stressed that the school’s lecturers have creatively applied the Party’s guidelines on education and IT to teaching, making contributions to the strong development of education and training in the military to meet the requirements of tasks in the current period.
On the occasion, General Lich sent a letter of congratulations to the school’s instructors.

* Over the past time, generations of teachers of the National Defense Academy have continuously studied to raise their teaching, computing and English skills as well as updated new teaching methods in accordance with the reality. Dozens of teachers were honored with the title of People’s Teachers and Meritorious Teachers.
* Participants at the meeting at the Army Academy recalled the glorious history of the Vietnamese teachers and expressed deep gratitude to great contributions of generations of the academy’s instructors.
Over the past year, the academy has developed a contingent of qualified instructors with good competence, rich experience and great enthusiasm and love for the job.
* For over 57 years of development, the Army Officer Training School No.2 (Nguyen Hue University) has trained tens of thousands of cadets. Many of them have become generals, heroes of the people’s armed forces and high-ranking officials of the Party, State and military.
* The Quang Nam provincial Military Command held an inauguration ceremony for the 400sq.m Khe Chu Village Primary School. At the ceremony, Military Region 5 Command presented 20 school table-and-chair sets, a computer set, a wardrobe and other learning and teaching materials to the school. Meanwhile, the Department of Mass Mobilization of the General Department of Politics and Quang Nam provincial Military Command presented a TV and 50 schoolbags to the school, respectively.
