The MMU has also created favorable conditions for contractors to adjust and complete the construction schedule of bidding packages to meet the progress set for the overall project. It has also made a report on selecting contractors of phase 5 to submit to the MND for approval and completed a technical design and estimates for the fifth phase’s bidding packages and revised plans for fire-fighting and prevention as well as communication systems.
General Don applauded the MMU for the outcomes achieved during the construction of Military Hospital 103. He emphasized that relevant agencies and units should strictly observe the MND’s direction, seriously implement the project to finish it as soon as possible.
Regarding shortcomings, General Don asked relevant agencies and units to clarify the responsibilities, reward organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements, and punish those hindering the construction progress, so as to make the project go smooth and effective.
The MMU’s Party Committee and Directorate were requested to work closely with the MND’s working team to double-check finished sub-projects and push up the progress of the project while ensuring the quality, safety and construction schedule.
He hoped that with high sense of responsibility, relevant agencies and units will efficiently implement the project while complying with legal regulations to avoid the overlapping among bidding packages and construction workers.
He also asked them to report issues arising to the MND leadership for consideration.
