Inspection content included the activation of air defense notifications and alerts from the Military Region Command Post, the response capability of part-time air defense forces, Party and political work, logistics and technical support, the maintenance and preservation of weapons, equipment, and materiel, fire and explosion prevention measures at depots and stations, and the status of combat readiness reserves. 

Conducting on-site inspections at the Nha Trang Ward Military Command and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command, the delegation assessed that the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command thoroughly implemented higher-level directives, orders, and plans; proactively developed plans according to local conditions; strictly maintained combat readiness, closely managed airspace; and ensured adequate personnel, weapons, equipment, and vehicles for task performance. Other highlights included complete and regularly updated operational documents; systematic and effective training for air defense forces, militia and self-defense forces, those taking on missions at visual observation posts, and UAV suppression teams.

In his concluding speech, Major General Hoang Minh Ngoc applauded the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command for its achievements. He urged the command to continue strictly implementing higher-level directives and orders, observing duty regulations, refining operational documents, and strengthening coordination in managing airspace, unmanned and other aerial vehicles.

He also emphasized the need to improve training quality and response capabilities of duty crews, air defense gun and artillery units, observation station personnel, UAV suppression teams, and militia and self-defense forces.

The unit was instructed to strengthen the management of weapons and equipment, ensure logistics and technical support, and adjust force deployment plans in line with the two-tier local administration model.

It should also coordinate in land-use planning and construction of air defense positions to protect key objectives and nationally significant projects.
