ADAF Service inspects preparations for MT-26 exercise at Regiment 224
PANO - The Air Defense - Air Force (ADAF) Service inspected the preparations for the MT-26 exercise at Regiment 224 of Division 375 on August 12.
ADAF Service’s Deputy Chief of Staff Senior Colonel Nguyen Quoc Van led the inspection delegation.

Over the past time, Regiment 224 has thoroughly implemented the assigned mission, proactively developed plans, organized forces, and prepared documents, training grounds, combat positions and other support measures. The unit has focused on improving training quality and rehearsing operational plans, with particular emphasis on enhancing personnel’s mobility, command and control, coordination, and situation-handling capabilities.
The inspection covered the system of documents and plans; force organization; training and rehearsals; preparation of combat positions; weapons and technical equipment; communications; logistics; and safety measures.

Following the inspection, the delegation assessed that Regiment 224 had strictly implemented the assigned tasks. Chains-of-command at all levels demonstrated a firm grasp of their missions, while troops actively engaged in rehearsals, gradually improving their ability to respond to situations in a manner closely aligned with actual conditions.
Concluding the inspection, Sr. Col. Nguyen Quoc Van requested the unit to continue reviewing and completing all preparations; strictly maintain training and rehearsals; improve command-and-control and coordination capabilities; conduct rehearsals closely based on anticipated scenarios; and pay particular attention to safety at every stage.
